Project Manager - PMP

Description

Responsible for the delivery of projects within time, cost, scope and quality guidelines, in accordance to PMBOK (SDLC) framework. Leads project teams to deliver solutions addressing customer requirements, defines milestones, resources and project schedules. Individual should at least 5 years in a technology environment and at least 3 - 5 years of experience as a project manager, managing large (250K+) technology projects. Must have ability to understand strategic objectives of clients, business users and create tactical plans to realize the objectives. Also must have functional knowledge of systems that support business processes. The individual must have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with senior business/technical staff. Perform all of the above independently and with limited supervision

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred. PMP certified preferred. High-level of knowledge of PMBOK (SDLC) framework is required High-level of knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project is required Strong interpersonal skills in influencing a matrix team structure while resolving conflicts in a constructive way Strong leadership and team work skills. Experience handling multiple projects concurrently and consistently meeting project deliverables/deadlines. Proven ability to communicate effectively at both technical and non-technical levels Facilitation and Presentation skills.
