This two-day course introduces participants to PRINCE2 methodology, and provides an overall understanding of PRINCE2 processes and tools for project management. The primary focus of this course is basic PRINCE2 principles and their immediate use in the project environment. Brief, realistic class exercises provide practical experience with the most important elements of PRINCE2 methodology, allowing participants to quickly achieve results using PRINCE2. Upon course completion, students receive information about the Foundation exam and complete at least one sample examination.
