Detailed Course Description:

This workshop is highly interactive, with numerous activities that engage team members in the process of assessing their team’s strengths and areas for improvement and learning how to overcome the major barriers for building a high performance team.: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. The objective is to make substantial progress toward becoming a more cohesive team over a shorter period of time.

Teamwork doesn’t require great intellectual insights or masterful tactics. More than anything else it comes down to courage and persistence.

The two-day workshop, which includes activities that address all five barriers  offers the best opportunity to make a significant, relevant, and lasting impact on the team. The one-day option focuses on the first two key areas; building trust and mastering conflict, and includes some simple activities for the remaining three.

The half-day workshop addresses only trust and conflict. If you select this option, we recommend that you schedule time to address the other three dysfunctions in future meetings.  The teleclass teaches the principles and the initial steps to become a high performing team
