This three-day course builds on participants' basic understanding of PRINCE2 methodology, and provides practical knowledge of PRINCE2 processes and tools for project management. The focus of this course is comprehensive PRINCE2 methodology and compliance with its guidelines and structure, in a project environment. The course includes lecture, theory and group exercises using real-world business cases. Discussion and exchange of participant experience play an important role in this class. Upon course completion, students receive information about the Practitioner exam and complete at least one sample examination. This course is available in public or corporate (on-site) settings.
