Course Description:

The Road to Process Management course will deliver the basic concepts necessary for beginning a process management effort. Participants will discover techniques for uncovering the current business processes in their organization and building effective maps of those processes. They will discover the importance of defining effective metrics for success. They will learn the application of the analysis tools that will aid them in determining which processes their resources should be focused on and what weaknesses exist within those processes. They will develop skills for analyzing processes for streamline and/or re-engineering efforts. As a result, participants will be able to produce valid recommendations toward process improvement.
