This is a five-poster set. Poster one illustrates each of the 42 defined PMBOK® Guide (4th edition) processes and precisely how and when they are intended to be applied. The project life-cycle concept and knowledge areas are also illustrated on poster one.
Posters two, three, and four illustrate the PMBOK® Guide processes, including inputs, tools, and techniques, and outputs. The intended application of each process is defined, along with a condensed explanation of each input, tool/technique, and output.
Each poster is 18" x 24".
Note. To keep the shipping costs as reasonable as possible, these are folded into fourths and shipped flat.
