TSI strives for 100% customer satisfaction! If there is a problem with your order, product, or service please review these guidelines then call us, we want you be to happy with your purchase.

 

Personal Orders and Refunds:

 

Self Study Materials

 

TSI's 100% satisfaction policy permits refunds if you are not satisfied with the product. All self study items are fully refundable within 30 days of the purchase. Unopened items, and items determined to be resalable will qualify for reimbursement of product cost minus the following, up to $100:

 

  • a 15% restocking fee
  • original shipping charges
  • any credit card processing charges

Unfortunately, used or open items which are determined to be not resalable by TSI, will not qualify for a refund. Cost for the return of any Home Study Courses, Workbooks, CDs, DVDs, Posters or other products is the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Opened CDs and DVDs can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. The actual shipping charge may be higher than our rate initially charged. Upon receipt of returned materials, TSI will evaluate the materials to determine re-salability. Should it be determined the items qualify for a refund, TSI will process qualified refunds, via a credit or check within 60 days of our receipt of the materials. If the items do not qualify for a refund, TSI will notify you in writing within 60 days.

All Self-Study Courses have an associated final exam. The final exam must be taken within 6 months of the purchase date for the contact hours or Professional Development Units to be awarded.

E-Learning:

Pay by credit card through online registration.

You have up to one year to complete online classes

Once you have begun working on a class, it is not eligible for a refund.

Public Classroom Learning:

Registration can be paid by credit card through online registration or by check to True Solutions Inc. If paying by check, deposit for 20% of course fee is required 30 days prior to class start date. Payment in full must be received seven days prior to class start date.

First Pass Guarantee Ultimate PMP® Exam Prep Course (5-Day, Nights or Weekend) - Pass on Your FIRST Try

Less than .01% of the students who completed our Ultimate PMP® Exam Prep Course have taken us up on this guarantee. Our goal is obviously to ensure that you pass the PMP® Exam on your FIRST attempt-and we are extremely effective at helping you accomplish this. But if you have successfully completed the entire TSI class and passed our final exam with a 75 or above and you take the PMP® Exam no sooner than 7 days and within 2 months (60 days) of completing our Ultimate PMP® Exam Prep Course and do not pass, TSI will provide you with the following support:

  • FREE Evaluation of your exam results to uncover subject matter weaknesses
  • FREE one-on-one guidance from a senior TSI instructor
  • FREE re-registration in a scheduled TSI Ultimate PMP® Exam Prep course.* **
  • TSI will pay the exam re-take fee for your second attempt to pass the PMP® Exam up to a maximum of $275.00 USD

First Pass Guarantee Image Ultimate CAPM® Exam Prep Course (3-Day, Nights or Weekend) - Pass on Your FIRST Try

Less than .01% of the students who completed our Ultimate CAPM® Exam Prep Course have taken us up on this guarantee. Our goal is obviously to ensure that you pass the CAPM® Exam on your FIRST attempt-and we are extremely effective at helping you accomplish this. But if you have successfully completed the entire TSI class and passed our final exam with a 75 or above and take the CAPM® Exam no sooner than 7 days and within 2 months (60 days) of completing our Ultimate CAPM® Exam Prep Course and do not pass, TSI will provide you with the following support:

  • FREE Evaluation of your exam results to uncover subject matter weaknesses
  • FREE one-on-one guidance from a senior TSI instructor
  • FREE re-registration in a scheduled TSI Ultimate CAPM® Exam Prep course*.
  • TSI will pay the exam re-take fee for your second attempt to pass the CAPM® Exam up to a maximum of $150.00 USD

*Students must notify TSI in writing within thirty (30) days of failing the exam, or the guarantee outlined above will not be honored. Reimbursement will take place within 60 days of written notification and invoice copy being provided to TSI for exam re-take.

**If you fail the exam and choose to retake our Ultimate PMP®/CAPM® Exam Prep course, the course you retake must be based on the same edition of the PMBOK® Guide as your original course.

Payments/Refunds/Cancellations

If you paid a 20% deposit by check, and you do not attend, a $100.00 fee will be deducted from the 20% down payment before refund is made to you.

If for any reason a customer needs to cancel a program, they must contact TSI Customer Service at 1-972-770-0900, at least five business days prior to the program start date. "No shows" are not eligible for any refunds

For student cancellations before the class start date, the following will be deducted from your deposit or class payment before a refund is provided: - $100.00 - Credit Card Processing Fees (if any)

For student cancellations during the class, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on the number of class hours attended, minus the following: - $100.00 - Credit Card Processing Fees (if any)

In the event TSI cancels a class, funds paid as deposit or course fees will be refunded or the student(s) rescheduled for a subsequent class, at no extra charge.

Refunds will be provided within 60 days of the written notification date.

Private/On-site Classroom Learning:

Deposit is 25% of course fee due 30 days before course; remaining 75% and other material costs are due upon completion of class. Trainer travel expenses and/or other contractual costs are due within 10 days after class completion.*

*If deposit is not received 30 days before course, the reservation is cancelled.

If rescheduling is required by the client, deposit will apply to a subsequent class.

In the event TSI cancels a class for any reason, funds paid as deposit or course fees will be refunded or the student(s) rescheduled for a subsequent class, at no extra charge.

Students taking a Private/On-site PMP® or CAPM® Exam Prep Course are eligible for the TSI First Pass Guarantee.
