CMMI Level 3, CMMI Level 2 & CMM Project Management Services
TSI offers experienced IT professionals who will work with your internal staff, to achieve
the level of CMMI maturity you require. The process of achieving any Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI®) level is complex and costly with internal personnel because they are also involved in their "regular" responsibilities. TSI's outsourced model of augmenting internal staff with highly skilled project managers that have the experience and dedicated time for such an undertaking provides velocity and cost efficiency.

Assessment Process
Achieving a CMMI maturity level -requires a considerable time and resource investment. Achieving Level 2 can take an average of 12-18 months.
It requires commitment from the entire project team to make it happen. A project team needs to start by conducting a baseline assessment to determine the level of CMMI at which an organization is currently operating, and the level it wishes to achieve. An investment of 3-5% of a project team's time is typically required. This investment primarily involves participation in process improvement working groups and quality reviews.
A team does not necessarily have to achieve all five levels of CMMI. Some teams may not need to operate beyond Level 2, depending on the objectives of the team for improving performance, and the critical problems the team faces. Moving to a higher level does not automatically benefit an organization or an individual team - it is always a cost-benefit decision.
