This is accomplished by utilizing TSI's assessment process whereby the "as is and the to be state" is clearly depicted so that opportunities for improvements are clearly identified and subsequent actions are developed.
Methodology
Planning is the foundation of success - the better the planning, the higher the success rate of meeting expectations.
TSI will use its proven Gap Analysis Method (GAM) to conduct the assessment. This allows us to reuse our intellectual capital in a way to ensure consistent approaches and goals using the following processes:

Duration
Average time required will vary depending on the size and scope of the assessment as well as on a project-by-project basis. A typical project will be on a Time and Materials basis with the duration of five to eight weeks. TSI's process optimization consultants on-site time will be approximately one to three weeks, with an additional one to two weeks off-site for data analysis, data organization, and report preparation. TSI's Process Optimization Consultant(s) will present the report at mid point and final draft milestones.

In order to derive the scope, level of effort, and size of the Operational Excellence Assessment the following client critical initiatives will need to be reviewed and understood by TSI for accuracy in proposal preparation.
