Personal Orders and Refunds:
Self Study Materials

TSI's 100% satisfaction policy permits refunds if you are not satisfied with the product. All self study items are fully refundable within 30 days of the purchase. Unopened items, and items determined to be resalable will qualify for reimbursement of product cost minus a 15% restocking fee - not exceed $100.
Unfortunately, used or open items which are determined to be not resalable by TSI, will not qualify for reimbursement. Cost for the return of any Home Study Course, Workbook, CD, DVD's, Posters or other products is the sole responsibility of the consumer.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. The actual shipping charge may be higher than our rate initially charged. Upon receipt of returned materials, TSI will evaluate the materials to determine re-salability. Should it be determined the items do not qualify for a refund, TSI will process the refund, via a credit or check within six to eight weeks of our receipt of the materials.
All Self-Study Materials have an associated final exam. The final exam must be taken within 6 months of the purchase date for the contact hours or Professional Development Units to be awarded.
Course Cancellation:
If for any reason a customer needs to cancel a program, they must contact TSI Customer Service at 1-972-770-0900, at least five business days prior to the program start date. "No shows" will result in full liability for the entire course price.
E-Learning:
Pay by credit card through online reservation.
Up to one year to complete classes; no refunds.
If class is not completed within 6 months of reservation, entire class payment is forfeited.
Public Classroom Learning:
First Pass Guarantee Ultimate PMP® Exam Prep Course (5-Day, Nights or Weekend) - Pass on Your FIRST Try

Less than .01% of the students who completed our Ultimate PMP® Exam Prep Course have taken us up on this guarantee. Our goal is obviously to ensure that you pass the PMP® Exam on your FIRST attempt-and we are extremely effective at helping you accomplish this. But if you have successfully completed the entire TSI class and passed our final exam with a 75 or above and you take the PMP® Exam no sooner than 7 days and within 2 months (60 days) of completing our Ultimate PMP® Exam Prep Course and do not pass, TSI will provide you with the following support:
*Students must notify TSI in writing within thirty (30) days of failing the exam, or the guarantee outlined above will not be honored.
**If you fail the exam and choose to retake our Ultimate PMP® Exam Prep course, the course you retake must be based on the same edition of the PMBOK® Guide as your original course.
First Pass Guarantee Image Ultimate CAPM® Exam Prep Course (3-Day, Nights or Weekend) - Pass on Your FIRST Try

Less than .01% of the students who completed our Ultimate CAPM® Exam Prep Course have taken us up on this guarantee. Our goal is obviously to ensure that you pass the CAPM® Exam on your FIRST attempt-and we are extremely effective at helping you accomplish this. But if you have successfully completed the entire TSI class and passed our final exam with a 75 or above and take the CAPM® Exam no sooner than 7 days and within 2 months (60 days) of completing our Ultimate CAPM® Exam Prep Course and do not pass, TSI will provide you with the following support:
*Students must notify TSI in writing within thirty (30) days of failing the exam, or the guarantee outlined above will not be honored. Reimbursement will take place within 60 days of written notification and invoice copy being provided to TSI for exam re-take.
Pay by credit card through online reservation or by check to True Solutions Inc.
If paying by check, non-refundable deposit for 20% of course fee is required 30 days prior to class start date. Should you not attend class, a $100.00 fee will be deducted from the 20% down payment before refund is made to you. Payment in full must be received seven days prior to class start date.
For student cancellations before the class start date, $100.00 of your deposit or class payment is non refundable
For student cancellations during the class, a pro-rated refund will be provided based on the number of class hours attended, minus $100.00 fee for cancellation.
In the event TSI cancels a class, funds paid as deposit or course fees will be refunded or the student(s) rescheduled for a subsequent class, at no extra charge.
Refunds will be provided within 60 days of the written notification date.
Private/On-site Classroom Learning:
Deposit is 25% of course fee due 30 days before course; remaining 75% and other material costs are due upon completion of class. Trainer travel expenses and/or other contractual costs are due within 10 days after class completion.*
*If deposit is not received 30 days before course, the reservation is cancelled.
If rescheduling is required by the client, deposit will apply to a subsequent class.
In the event TSI cancels a class for any reason, funds paid as deposit or course fees will be refunded or the student(s) rescheduled for a subsequent class, at no extra charge.
