Eric brings specific expertise in program design, strategic planning, decision support systems development and software systems development

As Vice President of ChoicePoint, Inc., he directed program initiatives and development of core project management process implementation.

In a critical role at the Center for Disease Control (CDC) he participated in establishing standard project and program management practice across all Centers, Institutes and Offices within the CDC.

Eric Norman is affiliated with ISO (International Standards Organization) as United States Representative to Technical Advisory Group (TAG) and Secretariat. The Project Management Institute in the Standards Development Organization and published author of “Practice Standard for Work Breakdown Structures – First and Second Edition.
